Bleach Painting

This card was made as a piece of homework from an online class run by Glenda Waterworth through My Creative Classroom called ‘Rubber Stamping- Terrific Techniques’.

Bleached Harlequin Rose Card

The Harlequin Rose(Elusive Images) was Stamped onto brown card and embossed in Gold detail embossing powder.Thin bleach was used to paint out parts of the flower.
Different card reacts in a different way so you don’t know what you are getting until it dries.

Mounted onto white card stamped with a rose leaf , again embossed in gold, and then mounted onto a navy panel. The base card is another piece of the same brown card that the image was stamped on.

The Sentiment was stamped and mounted as before.

The Rose Tag was coloured with two colours of Di and then stamped and embossed in Gold EP before being painted with bleach.

The bleach worked differently on each of the two colours of  ink.

I will post more images from the class ‘homework’.
