We had another great day in Sedgefield with Annette learning new techniques and having a generally good time.
Annette taught us a new technique using masking tape to make a background, and you leave it on. We have seen Barbara using this on Tv but until you see it in the flesh it’s hard to appreciate how good it is.
We all made a winter Treescape using blue inks.
The other projects were an any occasion card using splodgemasks and inks, stamping onto patterned paper and heat embossing.
The third project was a Xmas card using the fir branch and baubles but I did not get mine finished so it has gone into the pile of goodies to be finished. (Along with some stuff from the two Graphicus Retreats) they will get finished eventually.
Anyway we have no class now until April, so roll on April.
